European transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, revealed the progress of Manuel Ugarte's transfer to Manchester United. PSG as the owner of the midfielder is reportedly waiting for the Red Devils' official offer for the player.
MU has an agenda to buy a defensive midfielder this summer. The Red Devils are preparing for Casemiro's departure, with the midfielder rumored to be continuing his career in Saudi Arabia.
Manchester United has reportedly found the right candidate to replace Casemiro. They are interested in recruiting Manuel Ugarte from PSG.
Romano said that MU's path to obtaining Ugarte's services was starting to open up. The reason is that PSG gave the green light for the Red Devils to bring in the midfielder.

According to the report, PSG will not block Ugarte's departure to Manchester United. Even though the midfielder has only been with Les Parisien for one season.
This is because the midfielder is not included in Luis Enrique's plans for next season. The manager felt that the midfielder did not suit the playing style he implemented at PSG.
That's why rather than just being a bench warmer, it would be better for him to be released to another club.
